This is my one stop aesthetics shop!! Hill Country Med Spa is wonderful. The staff is so kind and approachable. I’ve had laser hair removal, I do the monthly facials/peels through their monthly membership, microneedling, Dysport…etc! All my services have been with Summer and all have been very positive experiences. She keeps me purty and does a great job of it. Highly recommend this business and my favorite aesthetician, Summer!!
Kathy is the best! I cannot say enough good things about her! When it comes to Botox and Filler, she’s my go-to girl. I drive all the way from Austin just to come see her! She is the ONLY person I trust (that’s how amazing she is). As she explains each step of the procedure, she takes her time and makes sure I understand what is happening. From the time I walked in everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Summer’s absolutely phenomenal, informative, and a very knowledgeable aesthetician! You won’t be disappointed and is definitely worth the drive from San Antonio.
I visited them for “brotox” which was a difficult decision for me being a first timer for cosmetic procedures and also as a guy I had to get over the weirdness of doing something we often think of as “for girls”. They are very professional, skilled, comforting, and quickly I was relieved I had made the right decision. Everything was explained and it was clear she knew what she was doing and how to effectively administer to a man. She explained that like with any “medication” it sometimes takes a calibration period, but honestly great results the first time around! Highly recommend.

Kathy Cuevas, is hands down, the most professional, informative and skilled medical aesthetician you will find in New Braunfels.
