A great experience from beginning to end! All the staff I encountered made me feel welcome and so friendly! I haven’t had filler/botox in over a year because of a bad experience with another med spa in Bulverde (it may or not have been Kevin, a physician at Tru-Skin) I have lived in several different states and been to many different med spas, but so far Hill Country Med Spa has been my favorite ❤️ Laura was absolutely amazing from the consult to the injectables. She took her time throughout the 2 hr visit and I had only minor discomfort during the filler phase of the appointment. Also, I have never had a med spa give me an estimate, and it was a reasonable one. I will definitely be returning and look forward to some amazing treatments! Thank you so much Laura and staff!

Love the aestheticians, and the hydra facials are the best! They don’t compare to a plain ‘ole facial.
Andrea is always very pleasant and she does an amazing job with my facials and treatments. She is always a pleasure to talk to and readily available to answer my questions. The front desk staff always makes you feel welcome.
