There are no major side effects. Rarely is there an allergic reaction or side effect. There is not an upper limit for the intake of Vitamin B-12 because the risk of overdose is extremely low. The injection is given by one of our team members in a muscle, usually the buttocks or the shoulder. Most people receive an injection once a week.

Vitamin B-12 Deficiency
It is well known that Vitamin B-12 is very useful to help with energy levels, mood, eye and brain function,clearer thinking, sleep and weight loss. Pyridoxine
(Vitamin B-6) is needed for more than 100 enzymes involved in protein metabolism. It is also essential for red blood cell metabolism. The nervous and immune systems need vitamin B-6 to function efficiently, and it is also needed for the conversion o the amino acid tryptophan to niacin ( a vitamin).
Niacinamide
(Vitamin B3) assists in the functioning of the digestive system, skin, and nerves. It is also important for the conversion of food to energy.
Methionine
Methionine is one of the sulfur-containing amino acids. It acts as a lipotropic agent (agents that help catalyze the breakdown of fat) to prevent excess fat buildup in the liver and the body.
Choline
Choline is our major Lipotropic agent. It supports the liver’s processing and excretion of chemical waste products. It is required for the transport and metabolism of fats and cholesterol, which is important for the hormone, heart and hepatic systems.
Inositol
Inositol a nutrient in the B vitamin complex, closely associated with Choline. It aids in the metabolism of fats and helps reduce cholesterol. It also participates in the action of serotonin, a hormone which contributes to feelings of well-being and happiness.
L-Canitine
L-Canitine a naturally occurring amino acid which plays a vital role in the metabolism of fat and as a transporter of fatty acids into the mitochondria, the metabolic furnace of our cells.
